If you are hoping to create change on your own, individual sessions will be great for you. Sessions last about 45-60 minutes. I like to work collaboratively to determine your goals and nurture you towards the best version of you based on your goals.
Couples sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes. You and your partner might be a good fit for couples therapy if you are hoping to address a common goal. If you are unsure whether or not you would like individual or couples therapy, let's discuss that together to see what is right for you.
One of my passions is helping other clinicians and students. I am happy to provide supervision or consultation to individuals looking to expand their knowledge base in the field, process counter-transference, and help them hone their own unique approach to grow their practice.
