The therapeutic relationship is the most crucial aspect of the therapy journey and finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming and daunting experience. If you are new to therapy or re-igniting your journey, we are happy to provide initial phone call consultations to give you confidence that the steps you are taking towards your growth, are in the hands of a therapist that just “gets” you.
Our approach to therapy is dynamic, collaborative, and flexible to fit your goals because we understand that each person’s story is unique and that not everyone responds to a “one size fits all” approach. We utilize evidence-based and research-supported interventions to inform our sessions. Our therapists also understand that therapy can also just be a place to let it all out, vent, or be someone to share the ups and downs of the week-to-week.
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, and the focus is led by you, so you are able to get the most out of your time. Intake appointments are 60 minutes and are more in-depth, historical accounts of your life experience.
